Can I scan developed photos with a film scanner?

If you go for a flat bed scanner you will be able to scan developed photographs as well, but a typical film scanner won’t be able to.  You can buy photo scanners which are specially made for scanning developed photos.

How much should I be looking to spend?

The cost of the a film scanner varies depending on how well it will scan the photos and the additional features it has.   You should expect to be looking to pay from £5o  to £200.
